最近用广电卡做通话测试的时候，发现了一次注册失败的记录。点开信令看到选到的小区PLMN是移动的。但是其他成功的记录选到的小区PLMN都是广电的。正常的话，用什么运营商的卡，注册的肯定是该运营商的PLMN，不懂为什么广电卡会注册到移动的PLMN，请问有大神能解答下吗？下面是log中的NR RegistrationRequest信令。本人除了看出来是移动的PLMN，其他看不出来什么异常，水平有限哈
